Instead, the phrase depends on one aspect of bandwidth, that it is limited. When the pipe is full, it is full. You can put more packets on the queue, but they will just have to wait. I take &quot;don&#039;t have the bandwidth&quot; to be the same as &quot;not enough hours in the day&quot;.

That said, I don&#039;t use that metaphor. I just say that we don&#039;t have the resources and we&#039;ll need to kill or delay something to make time. Tell me which customer you want to disappoint in order to do this new work.</description>
