Information Technology Dark Side

A few months ago I was asked by the Association for Software Testing to act as the managing editor of their newsletter. If you know me, you’re probably saying “what the %$#& does Dave know about testing?” That’s exactly the reaction I had too, but Mike Kelly made the case to me that AST had enough testers, what they needed was a PM and an editor. That’s where I came in.

Yesterday we made the December issue of Sapient Testing available for public download. I am pretty pleased with the result – it was a hectic month pulling it all together. I had to learn a lot about magazine layout using Adobe InDesign in a very short period of time.
