I hate blackberry too!
I've made the stupid mistake of installing their desktop manager to my laptop and it freezes so much I can't work on it anymore! I called blackberry for support and after 1h40 min the guy told me it was Microsoft's fault! What a jooooookkkeeee!!!

I completely agree. I can’t find decent instructions anywhere. I found one instruction pertaining to media. All it said was that those options were available. Was this helpful? “NO!” Apps that worked easily on my old phone are no longer available. My BB Curve has been nothing but a frustrating waste of my time.

Yeah, totally. Massive reply-to-alls were one of the things I hated most back in my corporate IT days. Man, I'm glad to be free of that now.

Has it occured to you that responding to every e-mail in your inbox will only result in you receiving more worthless e-mail as every hits "Reply-To-All"? Most e-mail is the worthless BS of someone trying to push their responsibilities off on the receiver. I guarantee if you stop responding, no one will miss it, and if it's really that important you'll get a phone call.

It might just be a case of user error. It’s not like I ever read the manual… or perhaps it’s just the way we set them up, and others outside of my circle don’t have the same problem.

I have a Windows Mobile device, so I agree with the other Rob. Exchange…surprised that you can’t move folders on your blackberry and sync up with your desktop and have it do the same?

I had the same issue until I got an iPhone. I switched our work over to Google Apps and we connect through IMAP.

If I read or delete or move an email to a folder…it is immediately reflected on my laptop too.

Coincidentally, moving email to folders is so much easier on my iPhone that I will sit at my desk and clean out my inbox from my phone since it is faster than moving email around in Mail.app.
